"STAR" FREE INSURANCE.
To use a Coucism "Every day iu every way, accidents are increasing and increasing." With the desire for speed, with a motor car to every ten persons iu the Dominion, with trains running every few minutes, steamers sailing daily, motor-buses running services in all the more important thoroughfares of the city and suburbs, the risk of accident is always present. Insurance against accident is essential, and all readers of the "Star" are invited to take advantage of the free offer which the "Star" makes to its thousands of regular readers. No matter where you go it is possible you will be unfortunate enough to meet with an accident. Realising this, isn't it foolish and neglectful 01: your part not to fill in the registration form which appears in the "Star" every evening. By merely signing your name and address and forwarding the coupon to this office you are worth, in the case of an accident happening to you, anything from £.50 to £1000. And it costs nothing —-not a single penny piece. Surely in fairness to yourself and family you will take advantage of the offer. There is only one condition which you have to comply with—you must be a regular purchaser of the *' Star.*' Thousands have already been registered, so join the wise ones at onee. Delay is dangerous and foolish. The benefits are subject to the conditions published in the "Auckland Star " on July 2, and embodied in the certificate of registration:— £1000 Death as result of Accident to Passenger Train. £1000 Death as result of Wrecking of Passenger Steamer. £1000 Death as result of Accident to a Lift. £ 250 Death as result, of Accident to Public Conveyance. £ 230 Total Disablement from any of above causes. £ 100 Partial Disablement from any of above causes. £ 150 Death as result of Accident on Public Highway. £ 100 Total Disablement from Accident on Public Highway. £ 50 Partial Disablement from Accident on Public Highway. £ 150 Drowned while Boating or Bathing. £ 150 Killed while engaged in specified Sports. £ 150 Total Disablement while engaged in specified Sports. £ 50 Partial Disablement while engaged in specified Sports. In the conditions governing this insurance there is one clause—K— that we wish to stress. It reads: "No person shall be entitled to benefit under the foregoing insurance, who at the time of the accident is entitled to benefits under a free insurance given by any other paper in New Zealand."
