LONDON, September 7. A number of persons, to which Viscount Bangor has added his name, have petitioned the Crown claiming a fortune, estimated at under romantic circumstances. In 1798. Maria Lepine, who has been certified to be insane, died, leaving a fortune of £92,000, which the Grown claimed, as she was believed to be illegitimate. '

Lord Bangor and the other petitioners now claim that her parents were secretly married before her birth. They assert that after years of search proof of the marriage has been found in the register of marriages in the church of St. Martin's-in-the-Fields. London.
