MILFORD CRUISING CLUB. ANNUAL MEETING. ELECTION OF OFFICERS F"!: TI'.E SEASON. The annual meeting of the Milf..nl TruisJng Club was held in the clubhouse. Craig Road. Milford. Mr. E. Graham, vice-com-modore, presiding over a good attendance, including several lady members. The report stated that the pa6t season had been one of the best in the history of the club. The regatta held on January 15th last was very successful, all races being keenly contested. The clubhouse had been improved, and a lot of work done to the interior under the leadership of the commodore, Mr. F. Tresise. The balance-sheet showed a substantial credit. Membership had increased by 22 during the season. The chairman in moving the adoption of the report congratulated members on the steady growth of the club, and hoped all would work together for the coming year. The following officers were elected : Patron. Mr. J. W. Williamson, Mayor of Takapuna; vice-patrons, as last year, with the addition of Messrs. A. M. Seaman, J. E. Close, J. Davis, J. Guiniven and C. G. Malcolm; commodore, Mr. W. J. Skelton; vicecommodore, Mr. E. G. Webster; rear-com-modore. Mr. B. Lodge; hon. secretary, Mr. C. D. Somerfield; hon. treasurer, Mr. C. E. Wood; hon. solicitor, Mr. A. M. Gould; hon. auditor, Mr. E. D. Elliott: delegates to Auckland Yacht and Motor Boat Association, Messrs. T. G. Sherrock and A. Kimber; committee, Messrs. J. H. Stewart, K. Bennett, T. G. Sherrock, T. G. Webster, J. Forbes, A. Kimber, F. Trezise, and J. Bodle; Social Committee, Mesdames Webster, Forbes, Wood and Bennett, with power to add.
