RECONCILIATION FAILS.
HUSBAND GRANTED RESTITUTION ORDER. A reconciliation between liuband and wife which failed to bridge over marital differences was referred to in the Supreme Court to-day,' when Henry Herbert Lowe (Mrv Hogg) wa» granted a decree for the restitution of conjugal rights. .. ■ Petitioner said lie married Ms wife, Violet Jane Lowe, in'Palmerston North, in 1923, and they had quarrelled over the upbringing of petitioner's son by a prior marriage. They separated in.January last but had "patched it up" in April, and his wife agreed to return, but Tm-7 not done so.
