Tragedy in Sydney Woodturner's
Shop. FATAL ITALIAN QUAEEEL. (Eeceired 2 pjn.) SYDNEY, this day. ; Following a quarrel which had lasted for several days an Italian named Carmelo Garaci, a machinist by trade, was shot dead while working a circular saw at a woodturner's shop at St. Peter's this morning. Some of Garaci's fellow workmen rushed him off to the hospital, while others held a man who had a «mnting revolver in his hand. When the police arrived Salvatore Scalisi, who is also an Italian, was arrested and charged with murder.
