CHRISTCHUKCH MUK SUPPLY. LABOUR MEMBER'S PROPOSAL. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) CHRISTCHURCH, Monday. The Rev. Clyde Cut, a Labour member of the Christchnrch City Coandl, has given notice of the following , notion:— "That this council, believing the complete control of the city , * milk supply by the municipality ie necessary in the interests of economy and health, instructs the city solicitor to prepare the necessary legislation for submission to Parliament during the present seaum."- _ M^
