WELLINGTON, this day. For selling cigarettes after hours, C. A. Williams, fruiterer, was fined £3, and Mrs. McParland £2. Both were convicted and discharged for failing to observe the half-holiday. Breaches of tho Scaffolding Act cost Thomas Foley, Henry Greyfeldt, Percy Stempa, and John Henry Meyer £5 each and Charles Harris £i. '
