j A meeting of creditors was held in the | bankrupt estate of Rieharf Harris to day Bankrupt's statement showed Xm J- in ? to £151 IV and assets £60 12/3, of which book debts were estimated to produce £60. After extended cross-examination the creditors present expressed themselves as being far from satished Finally on the motion of Mr. r. t. Davidson. seconded bv Mr \V Monehouse (chairman), the' following resolution was agreed to (1) that baiik rapt be requested to make the fullest disclosure in writing to the Official Assignee as to all debts or liabilities incurred by him prior to and since his arrival in Rotorua, as to the acquisition ot the three trucks at present being used by him, as to the terms of and pavments from the contract at present bein«» carried out by him, with Stace and Gibbons. (2)That this meeting be adjourned to a date decided upon by the Official Assignee, and that be be asked to attend and preside at such adjourned meeting. •
