COLOUR CONTRASTS.

DISTINCTIVE MODELS.

Geranium pink buttons trimmed a charming two-piece of palest grey seen at a dress show in London the otter day. The high-collared frock of grey crepe de chine was fastened, or appeared to be fastened, with a row of pink buttons from neck to hem; the long coat of fine grey cloth, tucked and pleated, was also* finished with the gay-coloured buttons and with the merest fragments, here and there, of pink embroidery. Lavender georgette and lynx were successfully allied in another beautiful twofnece designed for summer wear. The ong coat had a collar and deep border of the fur, and the square-necked frock was finely tucked in front and on the sleeves. Otherwise, there was no trimming. A small, plain hat of lavender georgette completed the ensemble. Turquoise blue taffeta was used for an evening frock which was trimmed with elaborate cut-work embroidery outlined with black. The frock was cut with a deep V in the front and an equaUv deep square at the back; the skirt was wide, and on the left hip was an enormous bow of the material. Red, blue and grey were included in the colours of a printed chiffon frock which was worn with a tucked and P l^ ted v coat <* bU <* ottoman silk lined with the printed chiffon. The accompanying hat was of black glaze. Chinchilla, in, an.unbroken line, formed the collar and border to a beautiful coat of black georgette worn over a ver* simple frock of the same material.
