The annual meeting of the Bangltaiki A. and P. Association was held on Monday* The president (Mr. E. Law) read a communication from the president of tha Wbakatane A. and P. .association, who stated that his committee were prepared to meet the Bangitaiki Society's represents.tives to discuss a mala pa mat lon. Mr. Beattie thought the society should make the first more. It was resolved that tho Rangitaikt Society's snb-eommittec approach, the Wbakatane Association on the question, of amalgamation, and that Messrs.
