At an extraordinary meeting of tha, shareholders of the Waiotahi Co-opera-tivo Dairy Company, Ltd., held at' Ylaiotahi yesterday, a resolution was unanimously adopted that the Companygo into voluntary liquidation; that Miv T. H. Pearson, secretary of the company be appointed liquidator, and that a further meeting be called later to confirm the resolution. It is understood that the step has been found necessary owing to supplies of milk beiiig diverted to other factories. The suggestion is made that tha. factory should be converted into a baeoii-, factory. It is considered that there is a., sufficient number of pigs available ia ( the Opotiki district to warrant the step, being taken.
