LONDON, June 19.
Xo event has indicated the remarkable disappearance of the old prejudices of the English aristocracy and of the educational aristocracy of Oxford and Cambridge more than an appeal made by the Marquess of Winchester, whose title dates back to Henry VIIT. He urged young men at the universities and public schools to enter the retail trade.
