GOT THEIR SEA LEGS.
Soviet Navymen Recover From Mal-de-Mer. "TAKE ON ALL-COMERS." LONDON, June 19. The Riga correspondent of the "Daily M*il" says the Russian Rear-Admiral Smirnoff, attached to the Baltic fleet, informed the newspaper "Pr'avda" that the presence in the Baltic of a British squadron constituted a militant demonstration against the Soviet Government. The admiral asserted that Britain was trying to discover the naval strength of Russia. ; Now that Russian sailors were inured to sea-sickness the Red Fleet was ready to "take on all-comers" and would defend Kronstadt to the death.—(Sydney "Sun.")
