CYCLING AT MANGERE.
P. WHITE WINS CHIEF EVENT. The Auckland Athletic and Cycling Club held a 20 miles road race on the Mangere course on Saturday nfternoon. The course was in excellent order, many of the pot holes having been attended to. The race was the best held by the professional ridors this season, and was full of intercut until two miIPK from the finish, when I*. White went away from the Held and won by 200 yards.
