PARTIES COMBINE.
POLITICS UPSET IN JAPAN.
TOKYO, June 2.
The merger of the Kenseikai and SeiTuhonto parties, with Mr. Ynko Hamagnchi, formerly Minister of Finance and Home Affairs, as president, is officially announced.
Ther result of this tinion is that the approximate state of parties in the present Parliament is now as follows:— Government, 175; Opposition, 220. It is generally conceded that Baron Tauaka and his Government will be challenged immediately Parliament reassembles.—(A. and N.Z. «nd Sydney -Sbd-I; _
