I watched t& week men bunkering ships and unloading gaaao, superphosphates, etc-, and my mind was filW with indignation to know that these men had to travel to their homes near and far to tfce discomfort of themselves and fellow passesgers. Cannot something be done to clean up this mess! CLEAXLIXESS.
