INTERCHANGE OF TEACHERS

A long plea for the widening of the system of interchange of Empire teachers was made in the Board of Education's annual .report, which expresses the hope that it "will be given free scope, for it-creates true missionaries, as disinterested -as they are enthusiastic and who speak of things they know and perform service the value of which cannot be over-estimated."—(A. and N.Z. and Sydney "Sun.")
