PEACE PARLEYS.

j Rival Labour Factions Again J I Meet.

UNITED FRONT FOR ELECTIONS

(Received 9.30 a.m.)

SYDNEY, this day.

Representatives of the two rival fac* lions of the Labour party lengthily conferred yesterday with a view to healing the breach in the Labour ranks and everting an imminent dissolution of Parliament.

While no finality was reached it is fctated there is every likelihood of a settlement of the dispute between the two factions being reached and of the Labour party presenting a united front against the rnti-Labour forces at the next elections.
