ißy Telegraph.—Owii Corfespoudent.) f , HAMILTON, this day. Jii welcoming Mr. Justice Fruztu* on his first visit to Hamilton, Mr. H. T. Gillies said members of the Bar of the town would have liked to sec His Honor presiding at the Hamilton Court more frequently, insteßd of having to remove arbitration cases to Auckland. He nho expressed the hope that when a resident judge was appointed to Hamilton His Honor would be the one selected. His Honor said the Court had 110 desire to concentrate all the work in the four cities, but if sufficient work from this district made it worth while for the Court to visit Hamilton he would bo pleased to do so.
