FULL UNION JACK DEMANDED. ,i (Received 11 a.m.) ? CAPETOWN, May 9. -* The Flag Conference, which was due to reassemble on Saturday, will not" meet, the Minister stating that it can, ■ serve no useful purpose, as representatives of the Vigilance Committees have been restricted in reference to the Flag Committee's request that the Executive should represent all the large cen* tres. He has also received a unanimous reply that no design is acceptable out the complete Union Jack and no valid reason can be advanced for its exclusion.
