LABOUR PACIFISTS.
PLEDGE TO REFUSE SERVICE. (■Received 1 p.in.) LONDON, April IS. The Independent Labour partv conference adopted a resolution protesting against the Biitish policy in China and demanding the withdrawal of armed forces. It also pledged the partv individually and collectively to refuse war service, including the manufacture or transport of munitions in the event of the outbreak of war.
