BURGLARS IN WOOLLEN MILL.
MONEY LEFT "UNTOUCHED. NOTHING MISSED SO FAR. (By Telrjrraph.—Press Association.) ASHBURTOX, this day. The office of the woollen mills was unlawfully entered during the holidays. The door was forced by a rough instrument, apparently not of the kind usually used by housebreakers. The safe was open, but a box containing cheques, postal notes and bank notes was not touched, nor was an unlocked drawer containing a small amount of money.
So far as is known, nothing was taken, though investigations may reveal the loss of a rug or two.
