OWNER OF CROWN GRANT.
TWO COMPANIONS TO RETURN

Sir Maui Pomare, Minister in charge of the Cook Islands Administration to-day received a radio message from the Government steamer Hinemoa reporting that Mr. C. H. Parker, owner of the Crown land grant at the Kermadec Islands, died on Sundar Islanc on March 28. The cause of death was not stated.
The steamer embarked the two men Messrs. Bacon and Ashworth. who were living on the island with Mr. Parker and will land them at Auckland when it returns about the end of the month The late Mr. Parker and his companions had been on the island *ince last vear.
