TRIO WHO SLEPT ON LAUNCH.
AWAKENED BY POLICEMAN. ONE MONTHS HARD LABOUR EACH. Have you ever heard of the game known as "Under the Blankets""': For playing it last night a trio was arraigned before Mr. F. K. Hunt. S.M., at the Police Court this morning. Patrick Clifford (32), Thomas Holers (42) and Peter Kelly -(42) each pleaded guilty when charged with having been found without lawful e\cu-e on thq fishing launch Spray. ''Last night when the owner well! down to his launch to sleep on hoard he found the three men all asleep, curled up under his blankets." said Senior Sergeant Edwards. "He did not disturb their slumber, but informed the police, with the result that Constable Collins went down and arrested" them. They have all been in court before, and each lias a list. Xone of them appear to have done much work lately.'' "Oh, well, they will each get one month'* imprisonment with hard labour."
