HOWLED DOWN.

Mrs. Pankhurst Tries to Speak. DR. GUEST HECKLED. (Received 2 p.m.) LONDON, March 21. Attempting to speak in support of Dr. Haden Guest, M.P. (Labour, North Southwark), who resigned from the Labour party, and is seeking re-election for his constituency, as an Independent Constitutionalist, Mrs. Pankhurst was given a hostile reception. She was unable to cope with the ribald choruses, and gave up the attempt. Dr. Guest persevered despite shouts of "Judas."
