PROMOTIONS j ANNOUNCED. SEVERAL TRANSFERS. (3y Telegraph.-Special to "Star. ') WELLINGTON, this day. Mr. W. D. Wallace, registrar of tlie Supreme Court and Official Assignee at Invercargill, has been promoted to a similar position in Dunedin. The Invercargill vacancy is to be filled by the transfer of Mr. "J. M. Adams, registrar of the Supreme Court at Hamilton. Mr. H. Morgan, registrar and clerk of tho Magistrate's Court at Wanganui, has been appointed registrar of the Supreme Court and clerk of the Magistrate's Court at Hamilton.
