SHOULD A DOCTOR KILL? (Received 10.30 a.m.) PARIS, March 10. A controversy is raging in France whether doctors should be permitted to end the sufferings of incurable patients. It arose from the action of Raoul . Martin (53), a resident of Issouden, who ■ fatally shot a doctor who informed Martin that his case was hopeless. Martin entreated the doctor to give , him ' '-. release but the doctor declined. • He was leaving the room when Martin produced a revolver and fired. WELCOME AMID GLOOM. DE PINEDO CHEERED. BUENOS AYRES, March 4. , A tragic incident occurred during the ' funeral service over the bodies of the ! two Pan-American aviators, as the i cheering of the crowds was audible in the Cathedral when sirens announced the arrival of De Pinedo from Sao Paulo. Major Zanni, of world-flight fame, pronounced a stirring oration. Arturo Cueto, Chief of the Argentine Naval Air Service, who was one of the pall bearers, died suddenly at the Naval Club after the ceremonies. The remaining two American 'planes J will continue the flight to Asuncion i to-morrow. \
