DEVONPORT YACHT CLUB. ANNUAL REGATTA. The Devonport Tacht Cleb will hold its annual regatta to-morrow afternoon, all events starting and finishing off the Victoria wharf. Good entries have been received for each race, and tbe prizes are exceptionally good. A sailing race has been added for naval whalers, and seven boats will start, representing H.M. ships Renown, Diomede, Philomel, and Veronica. AH events wHI start at intervals, of eight minutes, by the five-flag system, from the iairneh Maroro, moored south of the eastern end bt Victoria Wharf.
