This has caused some concei u. l>r.| (ieikie Cobb, rector of the church of St.! Ethelburga, the Virgin. Bishopsgate, who! is believed to be the person referred to.! says the remark is so unusual that he' hopes there was some error in the cabled account. In any case he would not like to reply to the bishop now. It would be more courteous to refrain at present' as the bishop if his superior officer. j
