ANTI-BRITISH COLOURING.
GERMAN PROPAGANDA. LOXDOX, February 16. A section of the Austrian and German Press is giving an anti-British colouring to news from China These papers are alleging that Australia and South Africa have disavowed the policy of Britain. They also assert that Canada has refused to allow British troops en route to China to cross her territory.
