The Psychical Research Society, ' assisted by Sir Oliver Lodge, has arranged to lock up six scientists on the night of February 16 and to cut off all communication between them and the • outside world. I The six scientists will then endeavour . to send messages out to the world. They j must not utter any words. They must ■ only think their messages. ! Wireless listeners throughout the world are asked to try and pick up these I messages and to send detail? of any telepathic impressions they receive to the British Broadcasting Corporation. ! The messages of the scientists will l>e ' written down beforehand and each document will be placed in a sealed envelope, j The scientists will be locked up until • listeners shall have had time in which to send in particulars of their telepathic j impressions. The latter will then l>e compared with the contents of th-j envelopes.
