KEROSENE EXPLOSION.

(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DARGAVILLE, this day. Early on New Year's morning, two young men named Frank' C.. ssill and Jim Hodges : were boiling a motor cycle chain in kerosene in a local factory. The keroeene caught fire and Hodges lifted the tin to the door! When it got too hot, he put it down and Cass ill went to throw the tin outside when the kerosene exploded and went over his face and shoulder. He wa6 so severely burned that he had to be sent to hospital. His eyee are also injured.
