Notice is hereby given tjiat the New Zealand Fruit Export Control Board, constituted by the Fruit Control Act, 1924, in exercise of the power and authority vested in it by the said Act, intends to assume, as from the first day of FEBRUARY, 1927. limited control, to the extent hereinafter mentioned, of all fruit to which that Act applies, nnmely. Apples and Pears, produced in every district in which Part 1 of the said Act is in operation and intended for export from New Zealand to the European and South American markets, and that in exercise of such limited control the Board will, from time to time, fix and nominate the markets and places in the countries to which the said fruit shall be exported wherein it shall be sold and disposed of, and will, from time to time, appoint asrents and brokers for the handling, sale and disposal of the said fruit.
