SANTA CLAUS AND MIGRANTS. LONDON, December 22. Father Christmas Will visit 150 children under the age of 12 aboard the steamer Pakeha, which will leave to-day for New Zealand with 650 nominated migrants. Single women under 40 and children under 12 are travelling free.
