IRISH APPEAL.

THOUSANDS UNEMPLOYED. BRITISH EX-SERVICE MEN. LONDON, November 13. Members of the Imperial Conference have received an appeal from the Southern Irish Loyalists' Relief Association to help 60,000 unemployed British ex-service men who are resident in the Free State.
