The steamer Gunbar was to sail this afternoon for East Coast ports. The Richardson steamer Awahou was to sail at 3 p.m. to-day for Tokomaru Bay and Gisborne. j The Kichardsoii steamer Mako Is to eail for Portland this evening. She is to return to-morrow, and is to sail at 4 p.m. on Thursday for her usual East Coast ports. KAIWARRA WITH COAL. Carrying a cargo of coal, the Union Co.'s steamer Kaiwarra was expected to leave Newcastle to-day for Napier and Auckland. THE MARAMA. From Auckland, the Union Company's passenger steamer Marama was expected to arrive at Sydney this morning. Her nest trip will be made to Wellington, where she is due ou Tuesday nest. WEST HENSHAW OX THURSDAY. Messrs. Henderson and Macfarlane advise that the American-Australia-Orient line I steamer West Henshaw will arrive at AuckI laud from Pacific Coast ports on Thursday morning. THE ULIMAROA. With passeeugers. mail, and cargo, the Iluddart-Parker Company's steamer tililnaroa was due to arrive at Wellington from Sydney at noon to-day. She sails on her l-eturn trip at 11 a.m. on Friday. THE MAUNGANUI. An expected arrival at Sydney this morning was the Union Company's eteaeer Muungunui, from Wellington. She is to leave Sydney for Auckland on Friday, aud is due here ou Tuesday next. THE SHEAFMOUNT CHARTERED. A charter lias been arranged by the Commonwealth and Dominion Line lor the steamer Sheafmount to load at New York early in January for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton aud Dunedin. THE IRIS. To carry out repairs to the cable in Cook Strait, the Pacific Cable Board's steamer Iris is to leave Auckland to-morrow inoruiug. THE OTAKI. At present berthed at the Queen's wharf, the New Zealand Shipping Company's steamer Otaki is to leave .Auckland on Thursday morning for southern ports, in continuation of her voyage from Liverpool. THE KAPONGA DELAYED. Owing to crew trouble, the Union Co.'s steamer Kaponga was delayed at Auckland last evening. It was hoped that she would be dispatched for Napier and Southern ports this afternoon. THE TAINUI. Passengers for Auckland who arrived at Wellington from London by the Shaw, Savill and Albion Co.'s steamer Tainui on Sunday evening reached this city by to-day's expresses. Their baggage is being brought north by the Waipiata, leaving Wellington on Wednesday. THE MERNOO. En route from Montreal to Auckland, the New Zealand Shipping Co.'s chartered steamer Mernoo arrived at Colon on Saturday last. She is due here about December--10. HINE-MOA ON THUKSDAY. Spedding, Ltd., advise that the Government steamer Hinemoa will arrive at Auckland from Niue Island at midday on Thursday. She is to sail again on Saturday for Norfolk Island, taking passengers and cargo. WINGATUIS DEPARTURE POSTPONED. The departure of the Union Co.'s steamer Wingatui for Devonport (Tasmania), where she will commence loading for New Zealand, has been postponed until midday tomorrow. THE WAIHEMO. In continuation of her voyage from Pacific Coast ports, the Union Co.'s steamer Waihemo is to leave Auckland at 10 p.m. to-day for Wellington, Melbourne, and Sydney. THE WAIPIATA. Making her first trip in the New Zealand coastal service, the Union Co.'s new steamer Waipiata left Timaru at 4 p.m. yesterday for Auckland, via Lyttelton and Wellington. CANOPUS ARRIVED. An arrival at Auckland last evening was the Westport Coal Co.'s steamer Canopus from Westport. Owing to the Kaponga being delayed the Cahopus was unable to berth at the Prince's wharf and anchored in the stream for the night. She berthed this morning at the Central wharf. MARGOT FOR NEW ZEALAND. According to the "Shipping World" the Swedish steel auxiliary vessel Margot, 391 tons gross, 'built at Svendborg in 1919, classed Bureau Veritas, oil engines (4 cyl.) 11 4-5 by 16 11-20 in stroke, dimensions 139 ft •'iin by 29ft Tin by lift, and owned by Rederi A/B Regulus (Mr. .T. H. Pettersson). Helsingborg, has been sold to New Zealand buyers for about £5000. PASSENGERS FROM HOME. She is due at this port about December 22. The Port Bowen left Liverpool on NovemI ber 11 for Auckland, where she is due on December 24. The Port Albany is to sail from London on December 22 for Dunedin and Lyttelton, via Suva. The Port Caroline is to sail on January 12 for Auckland and southern ports. The Port Sydney is to sail from London on March 16 for South Island ports. The Port Adelaide is to clear Liverpool on February 26 for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. • . J
