GOVERNMENT CO-OPERATION. LONDON, November 12. A mcetinjr of the Colonial Institute passed a resolution expressing the opinion that it was vital to the welfare of the British film trade thai the Governments of the Empire should co-operate to encourage the production of films. The following advisory committee was appointed to co-ordinate inter-Imperial efforts: Hon. G. l-'airburn, Agent-Gen-eral for Victoria, the Hon. H. P. Colebatch. Agent-General for West. Australia, Sir James Parr, Hijrh Commissioner for New Zealand. Sir Philip Gibbs. Lord .-...kwilli. who was Chief Industrial Commissioner from 1911 to 1919. and Lord Dancsfort.
