' MR. C. B. NORWOOD TO STAND. (By to "S'ar.") WELLINGTON,- this day. To a City Council deputation which asked him to allow himself to be nominated for the Mayoralty, Mr. C. B. Norwood, the present Mayor, replied that he would again be a candidate.
