OBITUARY.
SIR HENRY JONES. MELBOURNE, October 20. Sir Henry Jones, a well known commercial magnate, retired to his room at the hotel where he was living to-day and suddenly collapsed, dying before medical aid could be summoned. Sir Henry Jones, who had large business interests in Tasmania and Australia, was 04 years of age. He was the head of Henry Jones Co-operative, Ltd., of Melbourne, and the founder of H. Jcnes and Co., Ltd. He was the owner of Bendeni Station in Queensland. Sir Henry recently visited New Zealand to complete negotiations for the extension of his business interests to the Dominion.
