MAIL TRUCK HOLD-UP. FAY ROLL CAPTURED. (Received 11.30 a.m.) VANCOUVER, October 14. A message from Elizabeth City (NewJersey) states that bandits held up on Thursday a mail truck in the heart of the business district which was under police control. One policeman was killed. The bandits escaped with a pay roll containing 160,000 dollars. I
