BRITISH RUM-RUNNER.
SEIZED BT U.S. COASTGUARDS. NEW YORK, October 5. The British steam trawler Penlinden which, after loading a cargo of 2000 cases of liquor, sailed from Halifax on August 18 for an unnamed destination, i was seized at Bay way, New Jersey, on ■ Saturday evening by coastguard offiI cials, who said the crew had fled.
