ONEHUNGA POLICE COURT.
j Alexander Patterson appeared before I Messrs. H. J. Davies, and Isaac Lomas, I J.P.s this morning on a charge of hayI ing used obscene language. Sergeant jJ. A. Cruickshank said the offence was • committed at about 6 o'clock last even- | ing, at Norman's Hill. The accused I said he had had a few drinks and didn't ; know what he was saying. He was convicted and fined £-5 and allowed a fortnight in which to pay.
