COMMISSION WANTED. GOVERNMENT'S SCHEME OF DRAINAGE. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, this day. The Swamp Development League at a meeting yesterday, decided to circulate a petition for presentation to the Government, asking for a Commission to go rato the question of carrying out the government's scheme for 'the drainage m the Woodland's swamp area, as embodied in a recent report by Government officers. *
