AUCKLAND ACCIDENTS.

VICTIMS SUITER HEAD INJURIES.
Three accident cases have been admitted to the Auckland Hospital since yesterday afternoon. Mr. Joseph Burke, aged 40, residing at No. 24, Tawhixißßoard r Ellerslie, sustained head injuries through falling, off a bicycle in Brighton Road, Parnell. early last evening. He proceeded to his home, but later his condition necessitated his removal to the hospital, where he was admitted in a semi-conscious condition. This morning the hospital authorities reported that his condition ' was very fair. While riding a motor cycle along the Western Springs Road, Morningside, this morning, Mr. William Dentsey, aged 21, was thrown on his head through the back wheel becomrrtfr caught in one of the stone blocks which border the tram rails. He was conveyed to the hospital and admitted at a quarter past nine. Mr. Dentsey resides with a Mr. Clarke in Mount Albert. A 13-year-old boy. Arthur Greenhalgh, who resides at 53, College Road, was knocked down by a motor car opposite the Kauri Timber Company's premises in Fanshawe Street at about half-past nine this morning. A motorist conveyed the injured boy to the residence of Dr. William H- Pettit, in Ponsonby Road. The doc-tor ordered him to be taken to the hospital, where he was admitted suffering from injuries to head and shoulders. The lad seems to be unable at present to give any clear account of the accident.
