DEATH BY MISADVENTURE.
INQUEST ON MAORI FOOTBALLER. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WANGANUi, this day. At the inquest into the death of William Pirati, the Maori youth, who succumbed to injuries received in a football match at Upokongaro on Saturday, the evidence showed that the game was played in a friendly spirit, and that the occurrence was quite an accidental one. The coroner returned a verdict of death by misadventure.
