ANNUAL MEETING. PAPAKURA. At the annual meeting the secretary, Mr. Geo. Boagey, presented a comprehensive report on the operations of the club during the past season. He drew attention to the smallness of the membership, and urged the necessity of securing new member-!. Arrangements have been made whereby Mr. Arhuckle's services are to be retaiued during the winter months at a nominal remuneration to keep the greens in order. This had been made possible by the generosity of Messrs. Ewen and Duncan McLennan. who had made, a donation to the club for that purpose. The treasurer's report showed a small deficit, whirh would be wiped out on the payment of outstanding subscriptions. The following officers were elected :— Patron, Mr. E. D. McLennan, M.P.; president, Mr. R. Hope ; vice-presidents, Messrs. H. E. McEntee and .Tas. MeCall ; secretary! Mr. George Boagey (re-elected) ; -treasurer' Mr. S. D. Rice (re-elected) ; auditor, Mr. T. G. Smith; general committee, Messrs. W. McEntee, T. G. Smith, J. Torrington, C. Garlick, and T. Dickey: green superintendent, J. Bates; match committee, Messrs. Hope and George Boagey.
