Commenting: on the proposed formation of an Australasian College of Surgeons, the president -of the. Victorian branch of the British Medical Association (Dr.' Douglas Stephens), said that the question had-been, discussed by the surgeons, here ever .since the visit of the' American surgeon,. Dr. Mayo,
