BURIED AT SEA.
ARAB'S FATAL FALL. ACCIDENT ON THE WILLESDEN. ' An Arab fireman named Kassim ' Mohamed, a member of tbe crew of the j British steamer Willesden, which j arrived at Auckland' from Cuba last ! evening, fell in the ship's bunkers and (died from ,his injuries two weeks after the accident. He was buried at sea. After his fall, which was not witnessed by any other members of the stokehold crew, Mohamed was under the. care of the ship's master. Directions for the treatment of a fracture of the skull were obtained hy wireless from the ■ steamers Ruahine and Port Pirie, and i for ten days the injured fireman made satisfactory' progress. Later, however, his condition became worse, and death occurred when the Willesden was about two weeks out from Auckland..
