WHANGAREI, this day.
A meeting of creditors in connection with the bankruptcy of William Henry Franklin, soft goods salesman, of Whangarei, was held to-day. The liabilities are ,£4OS 2/1, of which £405 2/1 is owing to unsecured creditors. The estimated a-sets are expected to realise £115 5/G. A resolution was ct-rried that the deputy official assignee take such steps as are necessary to deal with bankrupt under the penal provisions of the Bankruptcy Act. '. .- .
