CLAIM FOR COMMISSION.

(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, this day. A claim is being heard in the Supreme Court to-day which is brought by Lionel LeGrand Jacob, land agent of Te Kmti, against John Ramsay Morton land agent of Te Kuiti, for £177 10/' being half commission alleged to be due from the sale of a farm. The baeis of plaintiff's claim is that he introduced one, Roller, a client, who bought the farm. The defence was that the sale took place a long time after the introduction and after the initial deal fell through. The case is proceeding.
